No, it is not relevant whose name is on the tickets because most of them are scanned when you check in. Unless otherwise stated on the tours or product page, friends and family members are welcome to use your tickets or give the ones you bought as gifts.

No, you are not allowed to bring your dog or any other pet on all of our tours or excursions.

Yes, strollers are permitted on the tour/excursion; however, they must be folded on the bus.

Please keep in mind that Xalam Tours is not liable for the cost of your personal transportation (public transport or taxi) return to your place.

It is not possible to reserve a specific seat in advance, but you are guaranteed a seat on the bus.

As all tours and excursions necessitate walking, we do not recommend them for visitors in wheelchairs. Please note that guests must always be able to ascend and descend stairs to enter and exit the bus, and wheelchairs must be folded for stowage on the bus.

Yes, there is room on the bus or coach to store luggage within reasonable limits (not on the van or car), but you remain responsible for it at all times as well as for moving it to the bus or coach from the check-in point. For in the van or car, there is no room to store your luggage. (Please send your request for this purpose.)

When you arrive late for your tour/excursion, you are labeled a "no-show," which means your tickets are no longer valid for your excursion.
